5. Delivery

You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order. If you are unavailable after reasonable attempts to contact you, the order may be cancelled without refund.

6. WhatsApp Communication

We use WhatsApp Business API for customer communication. By providing your phone number, you consent to:

• Receiving order-related messages via WhatsApp
• Customer service communications through WhatsApp
• Promotional messages (you may opt-out at any time)
• Delivery updates and notifications

You can opt-out of WhatsApp communications by sending "STOP" to our WhatsApp number or contacting us at foodexpresstech@gmail.com.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
