We receive your data deletion request and send an acknowledgment email within 24 hours.
We verify your identity to ensure the security of your data. You may receive a verification email or phone call.
We review your data to identify what can be immediately deleted and what must be retained for legal compliance.
We permanently delete your personal data from our active systems and mark retention data for automated deletion.
You receive a confirmation email that your data deletion request has been completed.
⏱️ Total Processing Time: 14-30 days
Most requests are completed within 14 days. Complex cases may take up to 30 days to fully process.
Deleting your data will result in permanent closure of your Food Express account. You will not be able to access past orders, saved addresses, or preferences.
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
If you have pending orders, we recommend waiting until they are completed before requesting data deletion. Active orders may delay the deletion process.
Any outstanding payments or refunds must be settled before data deletion can be completed.
If you want to keep a copy of your data before deletion, you can request a data export. This will provide you with a downloadable file containing all your personal information.
